Swimming Pool Use Regulations
Please read these regulations before entering the pool.
At the disposal of the guests of the B&B, there is a splendid infinity pool, ideal for spending moments of relaxation in the Sardinian sun.
- Access is only permitted during the hours of 10:00 to 19:00.
- Please note that there is no lifeguard present and therefore the pool is not guarded. ‘Maximum caution!’
- It is compulsory to take a shower before entering the water.
- In any case, it is forbidden to enter the pool with tanning and protective creams and hair oils without showering.
- It is forbidden to bathe in bad weather conditions.
- It is forbidden to smoke and consume food or drink in the bathing area.
- For all those who cannot swim, swimming rings or life jackets are obligatory.
- It is forbidden to use the towels provided in the room, pool towels are available on request.
- It is forbidden to throw papers, cigarette butts or anything else in the water or in the garden.
- It is forbidden to bring containers and/or objects made of glass, hard plastic or metal and other objects not strictly related to bathing.
- It is forbidden to run on the pool deck, to push other bathers into the water and to dive (Attention: the height of the pool deck does not allow this and it is therefore very dangerous).
- It is forbidden to play dangerous games or exercises or to disturb other guests.
- It is forbidden to shout or raise one’s voice, and everyone is obliged to behave in a way that does not cause discomfort or disturbance to other guests.
- Children/young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them and is able to intervene in case of need.
- It is forbidden for younger children to be in the vicinity of the pool without parents or guardians.
- Very young children are required to wear swimming trunks.
- If necessary, guests must use the toilets in their assigned rooms/apartments.
- All pool equipment must be used with care and attention. Any damage caused will have to be compensated.
- We recommend an interval of at least 3 hours between meals and bathing.
- It is forbidden to bring animals into the pool and the surrounding area.
- Children’s inflatable toys and airbeds may not be brought into the pool.
Anyone accessing the pool accepts these regulations and the conditions described.
- The rules/regulations are in view of the guests inside each room/apartment, prominently posted in the bathing area and on our website.
- The pool measures 12MT x 6 MT rectangular with an infinity side and has a depth of I .50 MT at the highest point.
- Guests will use the pool in strict compliance with these regulations.
- Guests use the pool at their own risk, exonerating other guests, the management as well as the property from all liability, both criminal and civil.
- Management declines all civil and criminal liability for objects or valuables left in the pool and for any accidents, injuries, or anything else caused by guests to themselves or to third parties, especially
- if in violation of these regulations.
- In order to ensure the efficient maintenance of the state and hygiene of the pool, we appeal to the common sense, education and cooperation of all.
